Application Instructions-HOT PEEL
1. Position Design
Step 2
Press at 300 Degrees for 10-12 Seconds
Step 3
Pause for 3 Seconds and Peel HOT... Snatch it, Baby It, It doesn't matter!
Step 4
Press with a finish sheet for 5 seconds. This increases the durability to a bullet proof level.
COLOR ACCURACY
For COLOR ACCURACY. Use PMS colors and provide .PNG files at 300dpi or higher. If you are trying to match a GROUND SOLID Silkscreen print we would recommend printing a color chart for testing. This is a CMYK process and trying to match a GROUND SOLID COLOR INK can be challenging, but we can do it in most cases. DON'T GUESS and Hope it will be correct. Allow us to help you. How To Correctly Send Your Files
Make sure your files have a TRANSPARENT back ground. Anywhere there is white, white will print. Send us 200dpi and higher .PNG files to the size you desire. Put all the graphics you want on the 12x23 Gang Run area. IF YOU PROVIDE A FILE FORMAT OTHER THAN PNG, IT MAY DELAY YOUR ORDER.
